How to become a Member

Corporate Membership of IAC is open to U.S. or Indian companies or organizations with a keen interest in Indian energy sector. The acceptability of any applicant for membership in IAC shall be determined by the IAC Governing Council / IAC secretariat in accordance with established procedures. The membership is proposed to be drawn from companies based on criteria as defined below:

• Significant presence in India in terms of local operations and/or minimum threshold sales, or, a globally established company with significant interest in Indian RE market.
• Relevance of technology, products and solutions to grid integration of RE.
• Commitment to spend time in the Council, and
• Interest in grid integration pilots and their scalability
• Financiers / PE investors / Banks who are focused in clean energy (CE) investments
